Custom DTF Gang Sheet

Direct to Film Transfer, or DTF, is a new technology that allows us to print your custom designs onto special film. These films are then transferred by you onto a garment of choice. These garments can be ANY color and ANY material. Similar to most heat transfer processes, a quality heat press is necessary for maximizing the best results.

Instructions: 295º with medium pressure for 12 seconds; then wait for film to cool before removing the liner. Press a second time for 8 seconds for matte appearance. Lowest temp 275-280º with medium pressure. Any cooler and the glue will not heat up enough in the 12 seconds to bind to the fabric. Highest temp 320º with medium pressure for 8 seconds. Temps above this could cause color to face and/or the fabric to show through the transfer.
