Our Story

Fred Brown opens Reprographic Arts Inc. a 1500 sq ft ammonia blueprint shop in Michigan City, Indiana. The Skillman Corp, Fanning & Howey Architects, Tonn & Blank Construction, and Larson Danielson Construction along with a handful of subcontractors are keeping the shop very busy.

1970

Reprographic Arts Inc. moves to a 3300 sq ft shop on Franklin Street in Michigan City, Indiana. Now open to the public, things start to get busier.

1995

Kevin & Elizabeth Brown join Reprographic Arts, Inc.

1997

Reprographic Arts Inc. transitions from ammonia blueprints to digital dry toner prints. What took a day to print, now only takes an hour.

2000

Reprographic Arts Inc. launches one of the first of many online planrooms in Northwest Indiana.

2005

Reprographic Arts, Inc. expands product offerings with signs, banners, and decals.

2009

Reprographic Arts, Inc. expands product offerings with screen printed, and embroidered apparel.

2013

Reprographic Arts, Inc. expands to 5500 sq ft shop on Michigan Blvd in Michigan City, Indiana.

2017

Reprographic Arts, Inc. celebrates 50 years. Thank you to all our loyal customers!
